Exterior remodel & screened porch

This home got a head-to-toe exterior transformation. Over a weather-tight house wrap, we installed modern black board-and-batten siding with clean black-framed windows for a striking, contemporary look.

Off the back we built a new screened porch and carport — vaulted tongue-and-groove ceilings in natural wood, full-height screen panels, and a durable finished deck. Framing to finish, one licensed crew.
